Minelab Safari Setup?

What Settings do you recommend? I run my sensitivity at 18 threshold at 20 on coin and jewelry mode. I Have about 70 hours use on this machine. I found coins at about 8 inches deep but I can't help to wonder how much deeper this machine can go and if I'm just operating wrong.I have the standard 11 inch coil and sef 8x6 coil. any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks.
