Today I will demo and explain the Beach Programs on the Minelab Manticore..When Where Why and When to use the different programs.
GENERAL , LOW CONDUCTOR,BEACH / SURF / SEAWATER SETTINGS
Ground Balance: Pumping Ground Balance
Recovery Speed: 4–6
Sensitivity:
9" Coil: 20–24
11" Coil: 18–24
15" Coil: 18–24
Audio Theme: Depth (Medium Profile) or Prospecting (your choice)
Volume: Set to a comfortable level (23 recommended)
Iron Settings:
Horseshoe (All Metal): ON
Iron Volume: 6–112
Upper Ferrous: 8
Lower Ferrous: 4–5 (helps with bottle caps)
Noise Cancel: Long press

Liked video, and not just because he agrees with my experience that you really can't beat Beach General in dry sand with the Manticore. On my beaches, I run Sensitivity at 24 but in the water it stays around 19 with my M15. Fyi, I use Gold Fields, single frequency 40k, when confronted with excessive EMI. I'll have to try my M8 coil next time on the beach to look for gold chains.
