average age of detectorist

What is the average age of us here on the forum?

Is detecting in the too hard basket for the computer generation?

I have been many different ages as a detectorist, I started in my teens.

I will be 50 this year

39 here. I started 14 years ago or so. But My first detector I got when I was 12. I used it until it broke.
