Here is another first for me this year. I was pretty excited to see this come out. I was hunting where an old town was. They moved the town 1/4 mile to the South when the railroad came.

Very nice. Actually, I am surprised how many capped bust halves I've seen posted over the years. I just haven't seen any in my dirt ???
 

Welcome to Tnet! That is a nice looking half. I dug one the same exact year in Sandusky, Ohio many years ago. It sure got me excited! I had never even dreamed of digging a half dollar that old in that particular site. It was my first and only Bust half and my favorite coin that I ever dug.

Funny thing is, I dug a counterfeit last year the exact same year at a mid 1800's site.
