The year started off well on Feb. 18th when I found my second Hoover Dam workers badge!
These were issued to the 5,000 workers employed to build the dam. Boulder City was a government operation and was fenced-off and controlled, and the only way to get in was with one of these badges.
My next favorite pull was this AB match safe with the stick matches still inside!
Found at a ghost town in the Mojave Desert on March 17th.
Next up was a somewhat low mintage dime on March 29th.
I found several gold rings water hunting Tahoe last summer, but this one from August 12th stands out. Almost 14g of 18k!
On September 14th I found my first seated dime.
A bucket lister that came to light on October 6th was this silver pocket watch bezel.
One of (what I think) was one of my coolest finds ever; This half of a powder flask on October 15th.
On November 24th I pulled my first Barber Half dollar!
And to end the year with a bang, on December 29th I found my best Barber quarter AND my first seated Half dollar!
As a cool side note: my hunting buddy up north (Conito@55) found his first seated half the same day, 425 miles away!
