,,,, Went back today to the old house spot I found the 4 Indians on Friday,,,,,,,Got some cool stuff,,,,found what I think is an old Cricket,,,those clicky things we had as a kid,,,,old musket ball,,,,2 wheats 1912 and a 1920,,I think,,,,1907 Indian,,,a sweet 1884 V nickel,,,,full Liberty on this one!! Then I got a nice solid 74 VDI at 5",,,and dug a super sweet 1865 2 center Grin Grin Grin scanned the hole before I got up and got another penny signal,,,,,out popped another 2 center!!! another super sweet 1866 Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Two 2s in one hole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's my 3rd 2 center this year so far,,,,I think both of these 2 centers will grade EF-40,,,Extremely Fine,,$45 in the Red Book,,,,,but then again they are dug coins,,,"Environmentally Damaged" The V nickel is sweet too,,,,maybe a $35 coin,,,All in all a fun day out!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah,,,,the 65 is a doubled stamp,,,,,does anyone know it's value??

By the looks of those 2 centers I would say they dropped straight into the ground from the mint !

Awesome digs Congrats!!!!! There is only one double die listed and that is an 1867, so you might just have something very special?
Now they did make about 4 1/2 times more 1865's than the 67's so who knows? I am no pro, but would say you have a special coin there! Congrats! Let us know when you find out!
