Found this 14k bracelet at Kroger’s. I turned it in to the lost and found. I hope it returns to the rightful owner. They must be devastated. Hopefully ,they will remember Kroger’s and try there. With the price of gold some may be tempted to keep it.

FWIW, I would keep in touch with the lost and found at Kroger's, as there's no reason
to not give it back to you if not picked up in some reasonable time frame. Being that is
some serious bling, I too hope the owner returns, but if not, it should be yours. JMHO.

Worthy gesture! 👍 I personally would have told Kroger I found it put note on lost and found, and had owner if they came looking to contact me so it didnt disappear in Kroger by some strange accident.

So that's where I dropped my bracket, I can even describe what it looks like (even have a photo of it). If only I could remember which Kroger’s I dropped it in so I could give them a call and reclaim my property 😏. I'm just joking, good on you for being honest.

Just FYI, returns only qualifies for HM if it's and when item is returned to owner. When returned it will receive the HM for sure.👍 Its got my vote for HM too.

I agree with @Treasure_Hunter , with the price of gold I just couldn't trust a low paid employee to not pocket the bracelet, I would leave my name and phone number with the Customer Service desk and ask that if someone came in looking for a gold bracelet to have them call me, if they could describe it I would return it to them.

I did this years ago in a bar, I found a very old gold and diamond ring under my bar stood, gave my name and number to the bartender, later that same day a lady called me and said she had lost her great, great grandmother's wedding ring that was left to her by her mother as it had been handed down thru the years from mother to daughter, she describe it perfectly, we made plans to met at a restaurant the next day and I returned it to her, she was speechless and cried tears of joy, she and her husband bought me dinner and tried to give me money, which I refused, her happiness and tears were reward enough.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is known as wisdom...T_H is far too humble to say
it, but such wisdom generally comes from making mistakes............a lot of them.

A lot of members on other sites weren’t as supportive in returning the bracelet to lost and found.I know that there are a lot of people who would have kept the bracelet, but I knew someone was heartbroken to have lost it. I can only hope that they get it back.

Did you ever hear if it was returned to owner?
