1520s German Medal?

[Butterfield]

Haven't been able to find out much about this one. It's high relief, Bronze, 55mm in diameter. From a Google search I found a similar one dated from the 1520s in the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks.
