An awesome day in every way, sunny with a stiff cooling breeze.
There was almost zero junk targets, and one of those was a clad quarter.
Only about 15 minutes in I get an "87" on the Omega, and out comes big spanish Silver, 1747 being my second oldest silver ever, and it is in very nice condition....awesome.
I got it on live video, which is slightly awesome, and will probably add the video shortly.
Went on to find 6 more coppers, one of is a first, an 1812 wellington.
Topped off the "Sunday" with a Navy cuff (officers maybe ?) button.
The bigger copper plate thing I have no idea.

The funny thing is I think these are all random drops. Possibly an old road way, don't know, but I walked over good ground today.

2013 copper count 80+

Video added.

That's a nice piece of silver right there. Congrats

Killer finds Rick. Did you left some in the ground for me?
ZDD

Dude!,you found the road to glory! Follow the trail till it runs out or you give out.

Don't often see that type of Spanish found in our parts... none of mine.

Looks like the Navy button will clean up. Appears to be traces of gilt but hard to say how much will be there.

Real nice finds Rick , congrats .. cheers Mick

Nice Pillar style 2 Reales Rick. You continue to tear it up through the summer when most of us are shut down.

KILLER, EARLY Spanish milled there! GREAT find!

Awesome rick! You give me hope my first Spanish silver is laying around here in Saint John.

I'm impressed! Great coins, esp the killer 2 reales.

You're still kicking them out Rick!

Really nice 2 reales! Those coppers aren't nothing to sneeze at either and everything else is gravy

I like the navy button, that design is one I haven't found yet

I'm thinking the copper plate my have been a reflector on a candleholder or an oil lamp, just a guess

Congrats on some AWESOME Spanish Silver .
