Well I got out for a few hours with my buddies to the spot where I found the 1856 dime. I was hoping for a few bullets and flat buttons, which I got, but then I popped this little silver out and it made my day. Two weeks ago I got my oldest coin to date, a 1792 5 sol, I didn't think I would find anything older than that in N. Alabama. I am glad to see that I thought wrong. I hope I find one even older. The 1782 reale is pretty worn but Ill take it all day.
