Hi all,

Got out for a bit between the rain and did very well. The 1/2 realle is 1782, the large is 1812 and I can't get a date on the nj copper yet. Also found a wheatie a an indian with no date but it looks like a fattie. Also found a few buttons.

Good luck out there

Don

Wow awesome way to go!

Great finds! Always nice to dig the old stuff, especially when it's silver.

Excellent day on coins - WTG!!!

Indeed great hunt.way to go.

Great finds. Thanks for posting. Lots of good old targets around this way. NJ coin has always eluded me.

Congrats on a nice hunt, seems like a Spanish Silver, NJ copper and early year Large Cent go perfect together. :) I know in my PM I asked for better photos of the NJ for ID, but I think I might have the ID from your posted ones, but please send me head on ones if you can, so I can confirm. Looks like you got a different variety from your previous found NJ coppers, which is always nice to say. This one I think is a 1787 Maris 55-m variety , very scarce. Here is an example of one on coinfacts: 1787 New Jersey Copper - Maris 55-m

I hope it is a 55-m, that would be the first one in the survey reported, but hopefully I can verify with new photos.
