Got out with Dave Heavymetalnut today,we ventured off to try to find some cellar holes we found, trying to get permission to search the cellar holes we asked permission to search a 1797 and a 1814 house they both said yes,we hit the 1814 house without much luck so we desided to search the 1797 house, first signal nickle/ring out comes this sterling ring, half hour later down the side of a steep bank penny/dime 1 inch down i kicked away some of the moss there it was 1785 Vermonts sitting on top of a rock just covered over with moss all these years.I only soaked it in soapy water and a lite toothbrush, but theres still a lot more detail under the dirt.

I don't know all that much about your coppers, but I do know this is the first one of this type I have seen posted on here. So must be at least scarce
