2SOUS =2 SALARIES in French .

The language of my area is very similar to the French (other than Spanish).. and these coins circulated in my country for some centuries ... something like Viking coins in England .. or reale in America.
 
No idea, other than it looks brass & maybe late 19th C based on the design. :dontknow:
I was thinking the same date range, turn of the Century 1900's. Ive been finding a lot of artifacts from 1900's.
