1800's house permission

Found a nice crotal bell, cleaned it out and it rings again after 100+ years. Also found the old gas valve, spoon, cigarette paper case, modern coins, and a lot of garbage. I'm not sure what the Lucky piece is or the Model C piece. Any help on those would be great.

The button is for the City of New York D.P.C. which I believe is the Dept of Public Charity.
