I dug this half cent at a c.1760 house site in the lower Shenandoah Valley a few weeks back.. Thanks for looking!

Congrats on a really nice and beautiful find! With all the green (Verdigris), I can't be certain but it appears that it may be a Cohen-4 Variety which is considered Scarce and much more rare than the other 3 varieties. Due to the really nice details and potential value, it would likely be a good candidate for conservation, certification, grading and attribution of the Variety!

Thanks! Yep, it sure is the C-4 variant with the extra berry. Thanks for the grading suggestion- it's crossed my mind on this one even though I'm not a big fan of enclosing my finds in plastic! (Appreciate all the other kind comments on the thread as well, btw!)
