1908 Columbus Grove Ohio token

dug this today, and cannot find any info on it? I submitted it to Richards token database since it was not on there yet.

It is listed in the Ohio Merchant Tokens book by Gaylor Lipscomb, but all he gives is a "desirability factor" of 15 out of 99. It is also listed in Rulau & Fuld's Medallic Portraits of Washington, but this book references Lipscomb's book. It does put a "catalog value" of $15 in uncirculated condition on it.
