I would not try to clean it any further

HH,

Man what an awesome find. :!

Look at the sharp lines on the wheat ears! That was a new coin when it went in. I agree, no further cleaning. Take it to a pro. Nice Nice one

Thats the "Grail" of Wheats right there !!! :occasion14: I'll probably never be that lucky but its nice to know there are more out there :metaldetector::headbang:

Sweet find!!:occasion14:

sweet VDB!!, I wouldn't clean it any further. Last year I found a vdb but sadly no S

great find!!

Wow... As most stated already, id leave it alone. Thinking though, i seem to recall someone saying that the green oxidation will continue if u don't have it neutralized... ???
Heck of a coin and condition to find in the dirt!!!

Very nice Lincoln & one of the best to find.

GREAT FIND !!

Valuable coin. I'd get a expert to take care of that one. Congrats.

congrats! as mentioned above, get an expert to finish that one off. That green still looks active.

I've had good luck using Ketchup to clean pennys - might want to try that. Congrats on an awesome find. Just kidding about the ketchup :tongue3:

Wow!!!! that IS TRULY AWESOME. Since I have been hunting many, many years and have found the Lincoln 1909 in the following series plain 1909, with vdb ,and one 1909 s ,but never the really big one. Good job.

Probably the last lost one out there!
