1918-1920 Girl Scout Pin

Hunting the front small patch of grass at an old church today and found an old Girl Scout pin. First thought was military, but with a little research, came up with this description. Pretty sure I narrowed it down to the "3 star, 3 stripe" version, 1918-1920.

It has a "4" in the lower left. I assume this to be a type 4 1935-1940.
