1940 Shell Road Map Book - United States

I recently purchased a 1940 Shell- United States Road Map Book - lithograph by HM Gousha. (estate sale)
It's very large (18.5" L x 13.5" W). The outside binding is worn but the pages inside are in nice condition. Each State has its own map inside. Canada is also included. The book is think full of maps. I can't seem to find any info on these books on internet, including ebay. I was hoping if anyone can tell me anything about this book and about how much they go for? I found it amongst of bunch of old vintage books they were selling for $1 each. I like maps and globes so I figured it was worth a dollar. Any info would be great.
