Went to McDonald's to get food. I found it in the change they gave me.

This penny was minted during WWII. Amazing score!

Pretty sweet there are still alot of wheats floating around!!!!!

Nice save! I scored a BEAUTY of a 1913 wheat from the “take a penny leave a penny” tray from the gas station last month. Heavily circulated, you can tell that unit has been around... Ddf.

Nice find. The Wheats are still out there, and every now and then my wife and daughter will still get a silver coin in change. ( I don't, because I don't spend any money ) !!

Speaking of silver coins, finding this year penny was an interesting coincidence.

I have a 1942 s wartime silver nickel. Now I have a 1942 s wheat penny!

What a cool coincidence!

Nice! I spent so much time CRH with my dad as a kid that I can pick wheaties out just by their patina most of the time.

Nice change cent, congrats! :occasion14:

Dang it! I hate when that happens. I find a find that I think is cool, and some person comes along and shows me a find that's much better than mine.

My find is very insignificant. Forget about it. It's nothing at all. Nothing special.
