Does anyone here think that $5.95 is a good deal for a 1943 (no mint mark) steel wheat penny graded MS 65 by NGC? I have never purchased a coin before and I'm wondering what everyone thinks. I appreciate it.

NGC has a mobile app that gives good info, PCGS has an app that gives values by grade. Sounds like an okay deal if its encapsulated, I love steel pennies and would buy it for that price.

Thanks for the info. It is in a encapsulated case and look really nice.

That would be a very good deal, they seem to be selling on ebay for $15 or so.

I'd just make sure it looks good. I've seen older slabbed steel cents (and copper for that matter) that started corroding in the case, long after they were graded.

Good buy unless it looks like this...
