Looks like a small die chip. Not really any value unless it really is a 1957 memorial cent, they didn't make memorial cents until 1959!

The color of the inside of the bottom of the B is discolored and could be, simply, dirt/grime.

Agree with I.cutler. 100% a die chip. Pretty common for that era.
