1964 D pennies?

I heard they are rare, as far as minting pennies goes. Only a million or so made? I seem to recall there were some with flaws in them, making them valuable. Found this one. Doesn't look flawed.

Actually, going back and reading the first post you know nothing about coins.

From looking at a few of your other responses, you seem to think you know EVERYTHING about coins. Your statement correcting another members reply about the scrap value of 'bronze' cents (both bronze and zincs were produced in '82) is hollow as copper spot prices can fluctuate as much as precious metals.
I bought gold on 2-22, and sold the lot back to the same dealer on 3-11, earning about 10% over 18 days, just luck, as I've taken some big losses too.
You may have learned a lot by searching modern rolls, but could you spot a bargain on a Somers island or a st Patrick? We all have more to learn.
