1965 Class ring found and returned to owners wife!!

found this nice class ring yesterday from 1965. Come to find out the actual owner passed away last year but I managed to find hjis wife! She was very excited to receive the ring!!an awesome day it was! She couldnt stop thanking me

Great job. If I ever find a class ring I like to think I would see if I could locate the original owner and return it. I think if it was an older ring, and I determined that the original owner had passed over to the other side I might be conflicted. I'll have to wait and cross that bridge when I come to it though. I seldom hunt school yards or beaches where I imagine most of them are found.
