1971 Kennedy---odd mark at "7" ----I have "no eye deer" what this is

to start---the coin has been cleaned with-
hand soap
dish liquid
baking soda
acetone______________
final result was NO CHANGE to the anomaly---not a crack, not a scratch, not a lamination defect, not a stain ---
my best guess is struck through plastic film or piece of paper ------NOTE THE RIGHT ANGLE.
let the head scratching begin----special shout out to Frank (Huntsman) & Enamel

To be honest with you, I have no earthly idea! It appears that someone intentionally cut a somewhat triangle down into the cladding and lifted a layer of cladding off of the coin. I could also see where it could have been Struck thru a triangle shaped piece of paper.

I could send it to the FBI ----may have secret plans on how to alter voting machines hidden in the raised metal of the #7
sure is cool ---like stated, no ridge or scratch at the anomaly--- just good ol' flat clad metal
