1985 dime, looks crazy. any worth?

I found this dime that looks like it was struck twice around the outside after printing. It's not in the best shape but the edges really do look crazy and the circumference is smooth without the ridges.

Looks like someone used a hammer around the coin. Maybe they were going to make a ring.
