Would this be considered a "Die Error"??

Hello all, been a while since I've posted anything on here, life kinda took over for a bit. I posted this coin on here about a year and a half ago, found it metal detecting back then at a old homestead.

I finally sent it on its way to be graded/authenticated, it's on its way!
But I have a question for you guys or gals, I had to send pics to the gradeing company first, before sending the coin, I never really looked close at the coin this whole time, but noticed now, that the obverse of the coin is struck out of center, you can notice the border on the left side between the edge of the coin and the letters is noticeably wider than the right side where the word America is, those letters are right at the edge of the coin, and the upper feather in the eagles wing on the upper right side is trailing off the edge of the coin.

I'm not a collector, or very knowledgeable at all at this type of thing, I just thought it was interesting enough to catch my eye.
Maybe this type of thing was normal in the very early 1800s, im sure the minting process was cruder back then. I'm sorry for the crummy pic, and the toning, but what do you guys think? Thank you.

Coins back then were struck without a collar so slight variation in centering is completely normal. Looks like a great coin, let us know how it grades!

I’ve never sent a coin in for grading. Which company did you use? Did they tell you what the cost would be?

I Used ANACS, they are in Colorado. You have to print off their submission form, and choose which services you want. I chose their 2 day service and it was $79. Plus return shipping and insurance. You can have them take photos of the coin and even clean it if you want, but all adds some cost.
