Hello.. first thanks in advance for any help.... I am a cashier and run across and collect all kinds of old, foreign, or just weird looking coins and money.... I have found one that's got me curious ... if you look it looks almost like the metal is runny? Just around the edge of the coin...

If that makes sense.... do you think this is an error or is this something

that has happened after production.... I tried my best to get some good pictures of it... its only on the head side but I did take pics of tail side too... again thanks in advance for any ideas..

That's die deterioration, the die was just wore out. Pretty advanced on that one I'd keep it as an example.

It looks neat, but I don't think it would be worth a premium. You'd be better to just put it in your collection.
