For a business strike it’s only 1¢. Could be appraised up to 30¢ but that’s it.

the fields on this coin are very clean, but a few bag marks on the obverse on do bring the grade down some.

Agree that .30 cents is about the limit, If the bag marks were not there it would grade higher.
