1st box of 6, skunk but at least 60 uncirculated from the 70's

got 6 boxes today, did the first box skunk for silver BUT

1 NO FG 1982
1 2006 Proof
26 NIFC
too many uncirculated halves from the 70's and 80's to count. The one here looks proof like, putting it in my book.

I’m in CT and I remember about two years ago me and a couple other hunters in the area were getting solid and I mean solid boxes of uncirculated 1999, 2000, or 2001. Not mixed I mean solid boxes of one of the dates. I picked up a 6 k order and every box was 2001 uncirculated. Not sure why that would happen but strange things do happen in a box of halves

found 1 40% so finally not a skunk

See, I told you to hang in there. Stick with it, and maybe a dream box will open your way. Had two dime SUPER BOXES of dimes last year, Jan 2017, and Nov 2017. Hope for one this year if possible.

I came back after a 5 or 6 year layoff, I did a couple skunk boxes in January and really came back around Thanksgiving. I think I got spoiled in the first 6 weeks, Picked up 20 BWR of Dimes and found 30 dimes, 5 CWR and one was a solid silver roll - 17 40% and 3 90%, then every box had a least one silver some more and then my only bag of halves had a bunch of silver including a Franklin.

NOW I am bag to more normal hunting, hoping for a big score but happy to get a 40%er and more skunks that finds.
