1st cornfield hunt of the year, decent results

[cjon455]

hit the cornfield for the first time this year, I guess this is my first "official" hunt of this season, the results were ehh......... a nice flat button, a couple buckshot, a spent casing, modern bullet, and some nice fragments of pottery to go with everything.

This field is getting tough to pull goods out of, and the stalks were never knocked down like the past two years, I may go back and give it a whirl again soon.

Glad to see that you have finally gotten out to hunt. Congrats. I look forward to seeing your finds this season. GL&HH.

thanks tom, this winter seemed longer than most, now once things aren't so swampy I'll start asking for permission lol

Nice hunt! Love the tombacs.

thanks alot, this is the stuff I love finding but man its tough at this site I can swing for 20 mins straight w/o stopping to dig, the arm gets a bit tired lol
