2 bags, 1 keeper

Bags of halves, at least for me, are usually hit or miss. Either a skunk or ill find quite a few. Rarely do I find just 1 keeper but that was the case tonight. It was however a 52 Franklin so if i had to get just one that's just about my top pic. Hope you all did better than I

1 is better than nothing. It all adds to the pile. Did it have a mint mark on the back above the bell? What state are you from? Here in New York it's very difficult to find a bank that will sell you a bag.

No mint mark. But still very pleased. Had already found a 52 blank so I was hoping for a mint mark for the collection but there's always next time.

I'm in Oklahoma. Things are opposite here. That's just how they come- in bags. Can be good or bad. Could be all of someone's dumps from a dump bank, but if you snag a bag that's been in a counter for a while, it's usually pretty good bag.
