It out to a new field today and found these 2 buckles.. One is very nicely made in terms of the shape. The other has the belt still in there.. Anyone able to date these? Would appreciate it.. Thanks for gawking :)

The second one looks like a batwing buckle... Mid to late 1700's. Not sure about the first one. Looks like you're hunting in the right place. :thumbsup:
