I just hit my first three silver pocket spill too on Saturday (yet to post it) -- same site as the 1787 CT Copper, but different section of the yard, but this spill included 2 Mercs, a Rosie, and 2 Jefferson nickels -- got a slightly higher nickel reading and dug the two nickels first....the silver lurked below. I think someone dropped them all in 1957 (Rosie and nickel with that date) as this homestead was used as a farm stand back in the 50s. Three silvers is a very good day for me and unearthing all three in ten minutes is a new record for me Congrats on your spill!

Eric,I have hunted this field many times, always get something good, you never know, you will NEVER get your coil over every square inch!

Gives us hope when you think its hunted out. Thanks and great job!
