I just hit my first three silver pocket spill too on Saturday (yet to post it) -- same site as the 1787 CT Copper, but different section of the yard, but this spill included 2 Mercs, a Rosie, and 2 Jefferson nickels -- got a slightly higher nickel reading and dug the two nickels first....the silver lurked below. I think someone dropped them all in 1957 (Rosie and nickel with that date) as this homestead was used as a farm stand back in the 50s. Three silvers is a very good day for me and unearthing all three in ten minutes is a new record for me
Congrats on your spill!
