The port-o-let really makes the pic shine! Lol

Jeff, does the ballerina charm feel like it may be silver ? Nice finds !

thanks !

No unfortunately it feels too light.

the high tone was there, The Shine made me think Chrome
But it feels too light, sort of like white metal
(tin like)from a charm Bracelet charm.

Very hard to get good Pics, You should be able to see too much Shine for
old Silver. it was dug at 3" give or take

Interesting button. It looks to be quite thick. I'm sure PHILa is probably a Philadelphia backmark...although I'm no button expert. Is that spoon pewter? Nice digs Jeff.

Jeff, when did Uniontown lose it's township? My aunt was born there many, many moons ago.

Yes pewter spoon & PHILA is Philadelphia on the Button

although definately Not This writing, it appears to have 2 or 3 rows of writing like this on it

and is Thick it's green like copper. but I suppose could be brass.

the town was founded in 1818, so the Button can be anywhere in age

Nice finds, the button needs I.d.ed for sure; I'm very curios.

Excellent view! Nice finds too!

Bet that ballet pin reminded you of your younger years in those tutus.

;)

Nice post Jeff. The ballerina looks like a one of a kind.

Nice job Jeff. Glad to see you taking advantage of this nice weather..

Really nice finds, got me drooling over here, there is a special place in my heart for shotshell caps, my favorite thing is to go metal detect the woods and just run all metal, I've walked for hours and never heard a beep, but when I do most of the time its a cap.

Mike
