2 morning hunts ~ A Cartwheel penny 1 st hunt ~ Silver on 2nd hunt !

Bright and early this morning I was on the intown median strip site that is extra trashy ! I can only handle about 2 hours on this site listening carefully through constant chatter spitting ann sputting . Found this nice 1797 Brittish cartwheel penny ! This thing is huge ! I put the coronet ( not dug today ) next to it for size comparison only ! Another completly blank copper thats 3 blanks now from this site also the peweter button that is falling apart and the toilet token ! On the second hunt I went back to the Use at your own risk site I hunted last tuesday after work ! Today I got 9 wheaties and the 4 silver ! Thanks for looking MaineRelic.

Thanks Marc ! The site is difficult to hunt . But some of the cleaning I am doing has paid off in some great conditioned oldies ! When I go to this site I Know I will be lucky to pop 1 keeper But that one keeper has been good enough to keep me going back !! MaineRelic
