2 ring day today

Somewhat of a great day hunting today. I hit an area I have pounded and wanted to dig those pull tab tones because you know, just in case.
It paid off.
14K Gold wedding band with initials and a date from 1962, (with month and day)
A stainless steel broken heart spinner ring, oh and tons of pull tabs.
I would love to find the owner or at least the family for the gold ring.
Any ideas where to start?
Marriage license search in my county assuming of course they lived here.
This was not private property so no property owner to ask.
