You guys are getting out of hand up there. You need to talk john into building a giant shaker sifter. Be a good winter project. Saves the knees and back. Hahaha.

That is a lot Steve are you snow bound up there? How about a weather report. I liked the one you sent me in an e-mail. I wish we could share it here.

Merry Christmas !

Now that is a lot of thumb scrapers!

I always enjoy finding them, and feel that there had to be a camp site in the immediate area.

Hey Steve,
Do you have 1 that is your favorite?

tough question Shep.....but a good question.....these scrapers are like snow flakes never two alike
i have some favorites when it comes to color like the agate and jasper
then some KRF pcs according to size and some according to shape
you know i never thought about one fav.......now it is really making me think

yup that would be cool
at the courthouse in stanton which is just 2 miles south of the knife river village site there is a mosaic of an NDN on a horse made from points
i think i'm gonna ask artist friend Butch Thunder Hawk if he would like to try it......it would be cool

it is stuff that just got thrown in buckets over the years and kinda got forgotten about....today john said he's getting burnt out going through all that stuff.....oh my such problems?

you know there was close to a hundred of those lodges (like in your avatar) at the site for hundreds of years
