20 degrees f with snow and wind..the deer seek shelter here in NY

I drove up the driveway yesterday late afternoon opened the garage door brought the car in and went inside.
As I turned the light on in the entry room I went over to close the window blinds.
As I hold on to the rod I look out the window and there’s a deer resting under the house overhang against the house

I usually see them bedding under the tall Norway spruces it was such a surprise to see..I even closed the blind and it sill remained

The deer feel safe here.and so many hunters stop me to hunt here.and I have to say no.
The does have their young here and they continue to grow up here.
I enjoy watching them all year long

18 here right now and semi windy 10-20 mph. Blowing snow will cause black ice because some salt was put down. Monday will be better.

Seems our weather at times is similar and the deer are always seeking shelter.
Also I spoke to a conservation officer and he said mountain lions are being sighted here now.also.Do you have any problem with deer ?
