2010 WHAT A YEAR!

Just grabbed some of my better finds from 2010 and plopped em down.
34 coppers,50 silvers,49 indian heads,
2 george washington 1789 inaugural buttons,a 1824 general lafayette commemorative button,
and a few firsts for me.
a 1829 capped bust dime,
a 1794 liberty capped large cent,
a 1854 seated half dime
my first hard times token 1837 Scovill's (dug 2 of them).
my first complete shoe buckle,my first knee buckle,
God i forgot half the stuff i dug?

I have only been following T-Net since July, and already I know that anytime I see one of your posts chances are there are gonna be killer coins, buttons, and relics - and they are usually the type of stuff I love to dig - late colonial stuff You had an outstanding year and I hope you have a better one in 2011

You mentioned you were having trouble remembering everything you dug this year. Here is what I do to keep track of my hunts. I make a folder and label it by year, say "2010 Hunts". Then each time I go out, I create a folder for that hunt, usually it has a pic of everything and close ups of the better stuff. Then I can always look back at what all I dug in a given year and on what date, without having to keep a journal.

Dave, what more can I say? WOW!!! Your 2010 season was filled with unbelievable quality, quantity, and just overall sweetness! The two GW buttons would be enough to call it a success, but you went on and dug loads more.

As for the 1824 Marquis de Lafayette button, you know where I stand on that. That is a special button, my friend!
