2010 whatsit's

After a summer of metal detecting, here are a couple of whatsit that you might be able to help me with :

Item 1 : no idea what this could be
Item 2 : broken off sword hook-type thing
Item 3 : round object, made of pewter i believe, with no marks at the back (like a button would)
Item 4 : french pewter button ?

3 is a Lead Token, common over here, but not so on your side of the pond :hello2:

No way of dating unless they came with one, I have a few dated examples. They were used for hundreds of different reasons up until the 19th C (started in late Medieval). I could list lots of uses, but it would be a total guess why yours was produced.

Read a small explaination above. I have a mate documenting my local types, pinning down a place or producer is near impossible & they are largely ignored by researchers.
