Hello Fellow CRHers,
Many of you have been able to keep track of my finds by my signature and have watched my numbers grow throughout the year, slowly but surely!
I've had lots of great CRHing memories this year but the top three would have to be:
1.) [2] Morgan dollars from a teller's tray (in addition to [12] Bens, [11] WLs and [3] '64s)
2.) 150 keepers from a bunch of CWRs about a month ago ([43] 90%ers and [107] 40%ers)
3.) [6] solid rolls earlier this year ([20] '64s and [100] 40%ers)
I searched every denomination and a lot of it to find...
2011 Finds
[2] IH Cent: '99 & '02
[2248] Wheats & 750lbs of Copper Cents
[1] 1905 V Nickel
[23] Buffalos
[42] War Nickels
[197] Mercs
[1152] Roosies
[110] Silver Canadian Dimes
[5] Washington Quarters
[25] Walkers
[45] Bens
[181] '64 Kens
[1239] 40%ers ([24] '68S and '69S proofs, [2] '70S and [1] '76S)
[2] 40% Ike & [2] Morgans
Silver is currently much lower than I ever plan to sell at but calculated today at $27.80/ounce:
[42] War Nickels = $65.69
[1349] Mercs/Roosies = $2,712.84
[110] Silver Canadian Dimes (80% & 50%) = $165.96
[5] Washington Quarters = $25.14
[251] WL/Ben/'64s = $2,523.83
[1239] 40%ers = $5,094.02
[2] 40% Ikes = $17.58
[2] Morgans = $43.00
Grand Total of: 383 ounces of silver valued at $10,648.06 at $27.80/oz. That means I averaged finding more than one ounce of the good stuff per day this year! At $40 an ounce, that is $15,333 in melt value!
I also found dozens of clad S proof halves, a clad 1989 Congress Commemorative Half, numerous magician's coins, dozens of gold-plated and counter-stamped halves, a double-headed half dollar, a few clad S proof dimes, a few foreign silver coins (dime-sized), about 5 lbs worth of cool foreign coins and tokens, about a hundred bucks in free Canadian coins, two gold rings and one sterling silver ring as well!

There's got to be a story there?
There was also a solid roll of 2005S and I believe a a handful of 40%ers as well
