2016 Gold & Treasure Show Schedule

I'm going to the Vegas show, I hope to see lots of you there!

...Tnet happy hour meetup maybe?!!?

They should change the name to the western states show. I'm surprised they are going as far east as Colorado.

Oh I'll go to the one in Denver too but the Vegas show is the big one and I retire just a few weeks before that so it'll be an adventure!

Hey Kevin.... Do you think that "Lost Wages" is ready for both of us there at the same time? I'm about an hour away and was planning on going too.

Maybe we should do a poll to see which day the most T-Netters will be there?

Maybe you'll get lucky Jeff. Ya can't win if ya don't play! I'd like to see Clay and Ruby there so I can meet them in person at long last. Besides.... I owe him a beer or three for all his help.

Thanks for the list of shows, I'm in need of a vacation here soon and attending a gold show is as good as anything. So anyone know which show is the biggest or has the most vendors.

seems it's been about 5 years now since they have hit PA.
used to be every other year.
I really enjoyed the Event

I've not been to one there but I suspect that the Vegas show has to be the biggest and best attended. One major thing is that it probably also draws a lot of people that would not normally attend off the street just out of pure curiosity and all of them are potential buyers if from nothing more than impulse or novelty.

It would be nice if the SF show was closer to the city. Vallejo is a good half hours' drive away from the city when traffic is good. Perhaps South SF or the San Mateo fairgrounds would be nice, even San Jose is easier to get to.

The Vegas show is the best attended. Usually between 2,500 and 4,000 people total attending over three days.

There is no "street" traffic at the GPAA Las Vegas shows. They don't go for the higher end places on the strip. :laughing7:

The Cashmen center, where they are holding it this year is a local venue built in 1948 and about three miles North of the "Strip". There is no foot traffic found there. The Cashmen sits on 55 acres surrounded by acres of parking lots and freeways. North Las Vegas, where the Cashmen is located, doesn't have much in common with the Las Vegas you see on TV or a very good reputation with the locals, it's the old poor side of town and if you wander much further north or east things get "interesting".

Ruby and I would like to attend the Las Vegas show again this year but we will just have to see how our schedule shapes up. We've got an invite for the Pomona show the week before too. We usually make the Phoenix show in March if we are in the area.

p.s. A good portion of my family is from Nevada. If they were all gamblers we would be a very poor family. Among them the saying is "You can't lose if you don't play".

Gold & Treasure Shows Unveiled

Stay tuned for announcement of East Coast events before the end of 2015

Hopefully they come to Pennsylvania this Year

Thanks Jeff.

Went to Vegas last year and saw some people I haven't seen in a while.

Thanks for taking time to post the schedule.

All the best,

Lanny

The announcement says they will announce the eastern show before Jan. We had suggested to them to have the show later in NC. Too close to the NASCAR race. Looks like what they are going to do.

I'll be at Pomona on the 20th. Time to stock up on consumables!

the gpaa STIFFED our 2 Misery gpaa clubs for the cost of secureing a location for out next gold show a few years back and it put a UNFAVORABLE thought in my mind about them! and after 15 or so years promoting their club I QUIT that's been 10/12 years back and I wont even go to their site anymore ! screw me once ,shame on them, screw me twice shame on me! Ive helped start up 2 clubs here in Misery and countless new members to "their" club..................never again!
