2017 dime extra acorn on back and huge herpe on side mouth

Ok so i was looking at some dimes when i came across this 2017 with what appears to be and extra acorn on back and on front has a huge die chip that looks like hes got a severe case of herpes.

This is just some minor die chips and are commonly found on modern dimes like this.
