2nd Week and the Luck Continues... 1917 Half

Before this year, it took me 28 years to find 15 silver Halves....

Today , I found my 7th one for the year (of course , I had the 5 in 1 hole this year) Best year ever....

Beautiful day, deep in woods where I found the 2 Barber quarters.... 1903 Barber Dime, 1917 Walking Liberty Half and 1 wheat penny in the same hole.. Pictures of old stone steps going up a hill, an old stone laid sewage holder.

lolol J.Cache... but, I like it... haha I use to bass fish a lot and couldn't get just bassman... only thing left was basssmann... but, I'm having such a great year detecting, I haven't had time to fish... I changed my strategy detecting picked out places... every one detects around the main area's... I go way out, places with big rocks for kids to climb on, out where people hunted... back then, everyone hunted and sat on a rock or stone wall. Go where no detector went before and find the big stuff...
