3 finds in a neighbors yard...skinny 4 ringer bullet

Hit a yard by my house and found a broke spoon, watch winding knob, and this cool little 4 ringer bullet. Any thoughts on it?
this in my first lead bullet that I have ever found.

Not sure about your bullet but you should post it on the what is it forum. Very unusual.

Looks a bit like some of the .45-70 bullets that I reload.
