Thanks all !
CM, My first thought was call someone & tell them
been awhile since I found a seated dime, Longer on a seated quarter
and they usually look like they've been in circulation for 50 years.

[goldhungry]

Love that seated. High on my wish list. HH

[CMDiamonddawg]

That one didn't see much circulation . It's a one year type collector coin . One year only with the glory of rays emanating from the eagle on the reverse. Very little wear from your pics . You definitely found a nice one . Even nicer than the 1853 arrows and rays I unearthed & posted up on T Net a year and a half ago .

[fredinbelize]

Good stuff. Congrats

[Rick (Nova Scotia)]

Jeff I was about to feel a bit sorry for you, what with the 33 cents, and say that a good hunt was coming to a site near you soon. Well needless to say by the end of the post I don't feel too sorry for you. NICE ONE. May the next come a little quicker.

I mentioned it before. I could be out hunting all day long and getting next to nothing the whole time. But, if one single coin popped up that meant something to me. I would be happy as a lark and the entire day would bask in that light. That's all I would remember.

That is a WONDERFUL quarter! That would make my week!

Congrats, Jeff on a successful day! Ya know, I think I would enjoy hunting with you. I'm just a bit south of the Mason Dixon Line. Maybe, just maybe, it wouldn't be out of the question, someday.

Til then, HH!
