NOT A TOY - but a NICE find
That is actually a gambling top (PUT & TAKE)
- collectible item - a keeper (probably worth more than the half)
the sides should have T1 T2 - P1 P2 --something along those lines
T = take (from the pot) P= add (to the pot)
TA for take all
started in the 1920s and popular to early 40s

Thanks CASPER-2, Good info....on the Dreidel. I'm like you, I have the same motto... 29 years of detecting, tell you where to look.
