Detector(s) used
Deus, Deus 2, Minelab 3030, E-Trac,
Primary Interest:
Relic Hunting
I usually go out for a day of hunting to celebrate my anniversary for being straight.
38 yrs this weekend.

So where to go, fields are planted. So I thought I would hit the old church site.

So 25 mile drive get there black flies are waiting.
I put on the bug suit top, headph...ah crap! :BangHead:I forgot the detector!
25 miles back to the house, then back to the site.
That's a first.🤣

I got the first 1911 Fishscale in the bottle cap section, then the 1940 Dime. The 1876H LC, should clean up nicely. Then a worn 1895 Fishscale was my final signal.

I went over to see the permission looked at a mill site. Then I went over to a community hall a few miles away to get a 1961 Dime

1800's coins! Crazy congrats!
Quartet of silver coins; congrats!
Awesome sites.

Congrats more on the decision and long commitment to resetting yourself.
Thank you 😊
It was a good day for a well hit site.

Great hunt and sites! That stinks about having to go back home and get the detector but the silver made up for it.
I've been a block or just down the road and had to return for the detector.
I do have a check list of other items that I've forgotten, food, water, shovel, PP, wallet, $$$, .......😁

Bush loamy soils are certainly kind.

Thanks
I figured I'd better post it up instead of waiting.
Then I fall behind and it's no longer the weekly finds.
Then again it's been years since I have had a 4 silver day.

Don't feel bad. When I had a manual 4wd I used to like driving it without my boots on, better feel working the pedals. (You know where this is going)
I drove about the same distance, on a rough track with a few branches down, go to get out to move them and no boots. 😂
